Safari Gaspard
Managing Director
A co-founder and the Managing Director, Safari has more than 15 years of experience in the media and Communication field. He has managed and coordinated a number of communication projects for different companies in Rwanda and beyond.
He has also edited award–winning films and documentaries for the BBC, CNN, The History channel and PBS . He has received numerous accolades, such as Rwanda’s Journalist of the year, BBC African Correspondent of the month, (for an articulate article on the DRC Conflict).
Safari is also President of the Rwanda Journalists Association, Regional Advisor of the International Federation of Journalists and a member of the National Information Commission.

Godfrey Birungi
Chief Operating Officer
Godfrey has been instrumental in building the business and helping the firm surpass the 50 million revenue mark for the first time in 2009. A researcher and integrated marketing communications specialist through 6 years of experience, Godfrey serves as vice president of the agency in charge of administration and at the same time an Accounts Director.
Godfrey has extensive experience working with business-to-business and business-to-consumer programs for clients in the health care, nonprofit, restaurant/franchise, insurance, energy and technology market sectors.

Natalie Gyte
Projects Director
Natalie holds a bachelors degree in Political Science from Leicester University, and a masters degree in Political Science with Research Methodologies from London School of Economics. She is a marketing and communications specialist, having worked in London for two years in traditional below-the-line print marketing and two years in online and social media marketing, partnering with Google. Her clients have included departments of the British Government as well as FTSE 100 companies.
Natalie has also worked with British NGO, The Westminster Foundation for Democracy, to deliver Monitoring and Evaluation campaigns, and with social research agency SCL London to deliver research campaigns into behaviour change in social settings in developing countries.

Baker Lukwago
Lead Graphic Designer and Arts Director
All graphics are designed by Lukwago Baker, who has over 7 years of experience gained from various leading design studios in Kampala including, Uganda’s award winning agency, Graphic Consult, Print Giants, Graphic Systems, Satchi & Satchi and Media Mogul.
He has experience in scaling concept design, art direction, color separations, multi-media graphics, motion graphics, web design, animation, 3D lighting and direction to name but a few.

Mugisha Emmanuel
Lead graphic Designer and Illustrator
Emma, holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial art and design from Makerere University, the only recognized institute in this field. He has an experience extending to more than 8 years and a specialty in branding solutions.
He has worked with then leading branding and marketing agencies in Uganda prior to his move to Kigali, including; ZK, Inter City, Graphic Systems to mention but a few.
